To arrange a visa support letter you are requested to fill in the visa form.

Additionally, you should send a copy of the passport page (with photo) to Tatyana Donskova - visa coordinator by e-mail Tatyana.Donskova@jinr.ru (as a .jpg file preferably) or by fax 7(49621)65891 (please mention that it is for Tatyana Donskova).

This information goes to the Department of Consular Service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow and accepted 1,5 month prior to the Conference. When the original invitation from the Consular Service is received it will be sent to address of your institute by AVIA post. After having it you will go to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country and receive your visa.
