Participants of meetings are usually lodged in the Dubna hotel, within the short walking reach of the Conference sites.

The Dubna hotel accommodates about 200 people. All newly renovated guest rooms, including 40 single rooms and 17 suites, are equipped with shower or bath, phone and TV.
The suites are usually used for family participants.

Since there are few single rooms available, it may be necessary for delegates to share accommodation in units of two rooms (for single and double occupancy). Each unit has also a separate bathroom with shower. The room for double occupancy might be made available for one person on request.

The daily rates vary from 20 to 100 EUR (breakfast included) depending on the category of the room.

The Dubna hotel facilities include a small conference hall, a restaurant, a bar, a sauna, etc.
