The manuscripts (up to 8 pages for oral talks
and 4 pages for posters) have to be prepared in LaTeX2e or Microsoft
Word formats, following the JPCS template jpcslatexguidelines.zip
and jpcswordguidelines.zip
The manuscripts should be sent by e-mail to nano08@theor.jinr.ru
until July 6, 2008 or passed to the Organizing Committee during
the conference.
