Participants are usually lodged in the hotel "Dubna", within a short walking reach of the Conference site.

The hotel accommodates about 200 people. The renovated guest rooms, including 40 single rooms and 17 suites, are equipped with shower or bath, phone and TV. The suites are used for families.

Since all the single rooms are usually not available, it may be necessary to share the accommodation in blocks of two rooms (for single and double occupancy in every room). Each block has a toilet and shower. The room for double occupancy might be made available for one person on request.

The daily rates vary from 20 to 100 EUR (breakfast included) depending
on the category of the room. The hotel has the restaurant, bar, sauna.
