By train from Moscow:
Participants coming from Moscow can take a train to Dubna from Savelovsky Railway Station.
Next to it there is an underground station with the same name (metro
"Savelovskaya").
The time-table of the trains
from Moscow to Dubna is available. The Organizing Committee recommends
using express (non-stop) trains.
By bus from Moscow:
There is a bus station near Savelovsky Railway Station.
The buses leave from Moscow to Dubna at: 11-30; 12-45; 13-20; 14-30; 15-30; 16-20; 17-25; 18-00; 20-00; 23-00.
Those participants who are not able to come to Dubna from Moscow
airport on their own are asked to inform the Organizing Committee
not later than four working days before the arrival by e-mail or
fax the exact flight number, date and time of arrival. At the
airport, the participants will be met by representatives of the
Organizing Committee carrying the label DUBNA. The Organizing Committee
can be contacted from the airport by telephone (496)21-62-125 (during the registration in the Hotel)
or (496)21-63-153.
