Page limit is 8 pages for plenary (40 min) talk, 6 pages for 30 min talk,
3 pages for 20 min talk.
Total number of pages in the Proceedings volume is limited by 500 pages.
Due to this limitation not all 20 min talks can be published,
the organizing committee will select about 30-40 talks.
All plenary and 30 min section talks will be published.
