This Round Table is organized within the framework of the 2012 program of activities of the Scientific Counselor of the Italian Embassy in the Russian Federation, approved and financed by the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Co-organizer of the Round Table is the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (BLTP JINR, Dubna), also with the support and cooperation of the French Embassy in the Russian Federation.

Preliminary Schedule
Foreign participants will arrive at Moscow International Airports on December 15th and will be met by the JINR representatives. JINR organizes transport from the airports to Dubna. Participants will be hosted at JINR Hotel in Dubna. Conference will take place on the 16th, 17th and 18th. JINR will organize transport back to the airports for all foreign participants who will leave on the 19th
