Non-residents who need a
Russian entry visa should supply personal data (see the application
form). This information goes to the Department of Consular
Service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow a month and a half
prior to the School. A month before the School, we shall send by post
to those needing a visa the Original Visa Invitation. The participants
should apply with this Visa Invitation to the Russian consulate in
their country for obtaining the visa.
A copy
of the passport page (with a photo) should be sent as a JPG file
attached to the message to Anastassia Dolya (dolya@jinr.ru) or by
Fax +7 49621 65891 to Anastassia Dolya.
In view of all this, the deadline for visa application is May 25, 2007.
Note: participants living and working in some other foreign country and
coming to Russia from this country should fax their RESIDENCE PERMIT or
(CARTE DESEJOUR) otherwise our application for their visas will
not be accepted by the Department of Consular Service in Moscow.
