VI Research Workshop
Nucleation Theory and Applications

Dubna, Russia, April 4 - 28, 2002

Fourth Announcement

Enclosed some additional information is given concerning the research workshop.

Program/Workshop Part
There have been some rearrangements in the program as compared with the first version due to wishes of the participants. Some further minor changes cannot be excluded but more or less we will proceed as announced here.

The morning sessions will start on weekdays at 9 a.m., on Sunday and Saturday at 9.30 a.m.. There is a coffee-break after the first two lectures. So, commonly the afternoon session will start after the lunch-break at about 2 p.m.. However, changes in the schedule are possible at any time if required.

The workshop will take place at the lecture hall of the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics at the second floor.

The workshop languages are English and Russian. Summaries of the content in the respective alternative language will be given simultaneously.

Departure of the participants

Arrival/Departure/Reservation of Accommodation
If not agreed upon otherwise and/or if we are not explicitly informed about different plans, we suppose the arrival and departure dates to be as given in the program.

Participants, arriving in Moscow by plane, are asked to submit their times of arrival and departure including flight numbers. They will be met in SVO in the center of the arrival hall near the board with information on arriving flights.

Accomodation for the registered participants will be reserved in the hotel Dubna, again.

Financial Regulations
For participants from Russia and the former Soviet republics receiving some money from the organizing committee, please, note the following information submitted by Elena Russakovich:

Our participants from Russia and former Soviet Republics, who are supposed to get some money from the Organizing Committee and/or whose travel is supposed to be paid for, should bring letters from their Institutes saying that their Institutes did not pay them. Our buhgalteria asks for such letters.

Workshop Proceedings
It is planned to publish in 2002 the next volume of the workshop proceedings similar to the first one covering the period 1997 - 1999. Contributions have to be submitted to Dr. Jurn W. P. Schmelzer (Fachbereich Physik, Universitat Rostock, 18051 Rostock, Germany or Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics, JINR, 141980 Dubna, Russia). In order to be included into the proceedings, the following necessary (but not sufficient) requirements have to be fulfilled:
  • One printed version of the paper including the figures;
  • A discette or CD with the Latexfile of the manuscript and *.pcx-, *.gif-, *.ps- or *.eps - files of the figures.

It is expected that most of the papers will be submitted during the workshop. The deadline for submitting contributions is April 28, 2002.
