To arrange a visa support letter you are kindly requested to send by e-mail doknatasha@jinr.ru (visa coordinator) A SPREAD DOUBLE-PAGE SCAN COPY OF PASSPORT (with a photo) which should be sent preferably as a JPG FILE. Soon Natalia Dokalenko will send you a message with the Reference number with which you should go to the nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate and receive your visa.
Please be advised, that your passport must be valid during 6 months after the date of visa expiration.
In case one applies for the visa not in one's native country, a copy of a resident permit should also be sent. The same application form should be filled for accompanying persons.
