We are pleased to inform you that the Proceedings of NSRT03 will be published in English as special issues of Russian journal "Yadernaya Fizika" devoted to nuclear and particle physics (simultaneous English language version of the journal - "Physics of Atomic Nuclei" - is distributed worldwide by the American Institute of Physics). The Proceedings will include manuscripts of all talks at the conference. Each participant will receive one copy of the issues "Yadernaya Fizika". Instruction for authors is here.
