Visa Information

Non-residents who need a Russian entry visa should supply personal data (see the application form). This information goes to the Department of Consular Service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow a month and a half prior to the School. A month before the School, each participant will be informed of the PERMISSION NUMBER, otherwise his/her documents will not be accepted by the Department of Consular Service .
A copy of the passport page (with a photo)  should be sent as a JPG file attached to the message to T.S. Donskova  (Tatyana.Donskova@jinr.ru) or by Fax
  +7 49621 65891 to Tatyana Donskova.

Note: participants living and working in some other foreign country and coming to Russia from this country should fax their RESIDENCE PERMIT or (CARTE DESEJOUR) otherwise  our application for  their visas will not be accepted by the Department of Consular Service in Moscow.
