Fré, the Scientific Counselor of the Italian Embassy in the Russian Federation, approved and financed by the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Sorin, Deputy Director of the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Dubna, Russia).

Preliminary Schedule
Foreign participants will arrive at Moscow International Airports on December 15th and will be met by the JINR representatives. JINR organizes transport from the airports to Dubna. Participants will be hosted at JINR Hotel in Dubna. Conference will take place on the 16th and 17th of December. JINR will organize transport back to the airports for all foreign participants who will leave on the 18th of December.
