Fee & Grants
The registration fee is 350 Euro . It covers car transportation from Sheremetyevo airport to Dubna and back, hotel accommodation (breakfast included), welcome party, coffee breaks and social events.
For those participants who attend the whole activity the fee may be waived in a number of cases
1) For a limited number of participants from Germany there are German grants available for the School. In this case the Organizing Committee hopes to provide a travel support also (the cheapest possible tickets, up to 350 Euro, and cheapest possible payment for visas, up to 50 Euro).
2) There are special grants for the participants from the JINR member-countries.
3) For a limited number of participants from Russia and possibly from the other NIS countries the Organizing Committee has applied for financial support from Russian and international organizations.
In any case the applicants should clearly state to Organizers their need for the support before May 15. They will be informed about the Organizing Committee's decision in a due course.
The participants who receive the support from other sources (not from the Organizing Committee) should pay the fee in cash during the registration.
