CALC-2006            Visa information

To arrange visas participants are requested to advise the Secretariat:

- their and accompanying persons' full name,
- date and place of birth,
- passport number,
- passport validity,
- citizenship,
- arrival/departure dates,
- home institute with its address,
- fax and telephone numbers,
- position,
- exact city of the Russian Consulate or Embassy where the participant will apply for a visa,
- itinerary inside Russia.
 

A copy of the passport should be sent preferably as .jpeg file or by fax.
 

This information must go to the Department of Consular Service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow at least 1 month prior to the Conference. Then each participant will be informed by Mrs. Valentina Novikova of the PERMISSION NUMBER with which he/she should apply to the Russian Consulate or Embassy for his/her entry visa for Russia.
 

NOTE: participants living and working in some other foreign country should send by fax also their RESIDENCE PERMIT otherwise their documents on visas will not be accepted by the Department of Consular Service.
