Travel Information:
From the airport:
Transportation from Sheremetyevo-2 Airport
(Moscow International) to Dubna will be provided by the Organizing Committee.
By train from Moscow: From Savelovsky Railway Station. Next to it there
is an underground station with the same name (Savelovskaya).
The time-table
of the trains from Moscow to Dubna is available. Dubna is the last stop.
Organizing Committee recommends to use express trains with only three stops.
Travel with a train takes about two and half hours, with an express train
about two hours.
By bus from Moscow: There is a bus station near the Savelovsky Railway Station.
The busses depart at: 7:00, 9:50, 10:30, 11:30, 12:00, 13:00, 14:30, 16:20,
17:15, 18:30, 20:00, 21:00. When in Dubna get out near the "Dubna" railway
station. Travel with a bus takes two hours or more depending on traffic.
The way from "Dubna" railway station to the Hotel "Dubna" is about 10 minutes
(see the map).
For foreigners:
On the Russian border you will be given two exemplars of “Migration Card”.
You should fill them and give one exemplar to a customs officer. The second
exemplar you should keep the whole stay in Russia and show on the border
on the way back.

Accommodation and Registration:
The NTAA07 participants will be accommodated in the hotel "Dubna" ,
Vekslera str. 8. Registration will be organized on Monday, August 6,
in the Hotel "Dubna" from 19:00 to 21:00. It will be continued on August 7
at 9:00 in the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics, JINR.
Meals: Breakfast is served in the restaurant of the hotel (free of charge
for inhabitants of the hotel), dinner usually at the Stolovaya (canteen)
of the institute (with a price of the order 100-120 roubles). The costs
for dinner at the restaurants is nearly the same as in West European countries.
JINR rules: Each time you enter the territory of the institute you need
to show your passport. You can take with you your laptop, compact discs,
USB-storage devices. Attention: photo/video cameras, CD-players and other
electronic devices are not allowed on the territory of JINR.
