Joint Institute for Nuclear Research and the Russian National CODATA Task Group on fundamental constants arrange the Workshop on Precision Physics and Fundamental Physical Constants (FPC), which will be held in Dubna, December 5-9, 2011.

Workshop main topics include:

• quantum electrodynamics of bound systems
• fundamental physical constants
• spectroscopy of exotic atoms
• quantum standards
• astrophysical methods in studying FPC
• fundamental physics and precision measurements

This is a fourth Workshop on this topic. Previous Workshops were held in:

• December 2-4, 2008, Saint-Petersburg, the Mendeleev Institute for Metrology, http://physics.vniim.ru/1qmffk/index.html.
• December 1-4, 2009, Dubna, Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, http://theor.jinr.ru/~ffk09/.

The Workshop will be held in the Laboratory of Theoretical Physics, JINR, Dubna. Official language is Russian.

We also arrange a satellite international meeting "Precision Spectroscopy of Light Atoms and Molecules", which will be held on December 5th, 2011, at BLTP, JINR, Dubna.

The workshop is supported in part by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, ``Dynasty'' and Particle Data Group and endorsed by the CODATA Task group on fundamental constants, Russian National CODATA, Pulkovo Observatory and RAS Board for metrology and standartization.
