The International Advanced Summer School on Modern Mathematical Physics will be organized by Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (JINR,Dubna) on July 20-29, 2009 in the framework of the program DIAS-TH.

The topics of the School are the following

• Supersymmetry

• Supergravity

• Superstrings

• Selected problems of gravity and cosmology

There is a preliminary agreement with the leading experts concerning several review lectures on recent developments in the field. They are: E. Akhmedov (ITEP, Moscow), O. Lechtenfeld (Uni. Hannover), A. T. Filippov (BLTP JINR), P. Fre (Uni. Torino), E. Ivanov (BLTP JINR), I. Melnikov (AEI, Potsdam), K. Stelle (Imperial College, London), M. Vasiliev (LPI Moscow), K. Zarembo (ENS, Paris and ITEP, Moscow).

The lectures are expected to be supplemented by evening discussion sessions. Short reports of the students will be also encouraged. PhD students and young postdocs are expected to be participants of the school. Younger students having exceptionally good knowledge of Quantum Field Theory and related mathematics may also be accepted.

The total number of the School participants is expected to be 80. The deadline

for application is May 15, 2009. The arrival day is July 19, 2009.

There is a limited number grants for participants. The requests for financial support should be sent to the Organizing Committe before May 15, 2009.
