We would like to inform you that the Proceedings of the Bogolyubov Conference (Dubna part only) will be published in the Publishing Department of JINR (Dubna).

The Proceedings will be printed from camera-ready manuscripts. The manuscripts should be prepared in the LaTeX format. Please use the template attached below for your LaTeX file and take into account that while printing the manuscripts will be reduced by 20%.

In this format the page limitations of talks at plenary and parallel sessions are 12 and 6 pages, respectively. If the contribution contains figures, please send them in postscript files.

The deadline for submitting papers is December 1, 1999. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select contributions to the Proceedings.
