The Russian Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research together with the Lomonosov Moscow State University organize the International Conference on fundamental problems of theoretical and mathematical physics to commemorate the 90-th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding scientist Nikolai Nikolaevich Bogolyubov (1909-1992). The Conference will be held in the autumn of 1999 in Moscow (27--29 September), Dubna (30 September - 1 October) and Kyiv (4--6 October).

The programme of the Conference will cover the problems of mathematics, mechanics, theoretical and mathematical physics to which N.N. Bogolyubov made a fundamental contribution.

The Conference will be organized as one Plenary Session in the morning with review talks (40--60 min) and Parallel Sessions in the afternoon with reports (20--30 min). It is supposed about 150--170 scientists will participate in the Conference.

The working languages of the Conference will be Russian and English.

The openning of the Conference and the first two working days will be held at the V.A. Steklov Mathematical Institute (Moscow). On 30 September the Conference will be continued at the Bogolyubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (JINR, Dubna) and on 4--6 October it will take place at the Bogolyubov Institute of Theoretical Physics (Kyiv) and the Institute of Mathematics (Kyiv).

- in Moscow:
The registration fee will amount to USD 300 for participants and USD 190 for accompanying persons. The registration fee includes: transportation from Moscow International airport and back, lodging at the hotel, coffee breaks, a banquet, social events and the Proceedings. - in Dubna :
The registration fee will amount to USD 350 for participants and USD 190 for accompanying persons. The registration fee includes: transportation from Moscow (Centre)/Moscow International airport (125 km) and back, all local expenses in Dubna (lodging at the hotel "Dubna", breakfast, coffee and snacks, lunch and dinner), a banquet, social events and the Proceedings. The registration fee will have to be paid in USD (cash only)

- in Kyiv:
The registration fee will amount to USD 350 for participants and USD 200 for accompanying persons. The registration fee includes: transportation >from the Boryspil' Airport and back, all local expenses in Kyiv (lodging at the hotel, coffee and snacks, lunch and dinner), a banquet, social events and the Proceedings. The registration fee will have to be paid in USD (cash only)

Participation in the Conference will be by invitation to be forwarded after consideration of application forms.

The Proceedings of the Conference will be published in the Journal "Particles and Nuclei" and the Proceedings of the V.A. Steklov Mathematical Institute.
