Location:
Dubna location is particularly suited to the realization of this mission, since the Joint Institute has

• an old tradition of collaboration with Italian teams, individuals and institutions
• already covers research and formation activities that spread from fundamental theoretical investigations and fundamental experiments to technological developments in various directions
• has launched an ambitious programme of business incubation and development in association with the construction of the New Special Dubna Economic Zone.

Organizational Details and Costs:
The Joint Institute has a long and highly developed expertise in the organization of international conferences, meetings and can take care of:

• Organization of visa issuing to foreign participants through its International Department
• Accommodation of the participants in its Institute owned Hotel structures.
• Preparation and running of the conference Hall
• Transfer from and to Moscow airport with its own car and drivers
• Organization of a fourchette party in Institute owned structures
• Organization of an excursion to the Dubna Special Economic Zone and Visits to the Laboratories and to the site of the new Collider NICA under construction.

Remarks on travel expenses and others:
As far as a subset of the Italian Academic participants are concerned, we can kindly ask them to pay their air-fares on their INFN or University travel money.

ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation will be organized in the hotel "Dubna".

CONFERENCE VENUE:
The Conference venue will start at the International Conference Hall (DMS Bldg.), which is situated in 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
