The proceedings will be published by the JINR Publishing department and send to all participants. Please, supply us by address to which it should be send if it differs from your registered one. Also we have a proposal from journal Elementary Particles and Nucleus to publish selected talks which have an elements of review of a subject in this Journal. (This papers will be paid by the Journal.)

The volumes of an original reports (20'), including tables, figures and references should not exceed 5 pages and that of an invited talk (40') - 10 pages. The contributions (uu-file including latex file + figures.eps files) should be sent to the Organizing Committee by DECEMBER 1, 2003.
