At Sheremetyevo Airport participants will be met and transported
to Dubna by Institute cars. Please inform the Workshop Secretary
as soon as possible and not later than 3 working days before arrival
of
the date and time of arrival, as well as the flight number.
At Sheremtyevo look for a person with the table "Dubna" in the center
of
the arrival zone (near the information table).
There is a regular train service to Dubna from Savelovsky Railway
Station in Moscow (the nearest Metro Station Savelovskaya). For
those coming by
train the time-table is available here (in Russian) and here (in English). To reach the hotel from Dubna railway station one should take
Ingenernaya street and move along this street
till the hotel "Dubna" on the bank of the Volga river (see the map
here).
Currency exchange is available at Sheremetyevo Airport as well as
in
the Dubna banks. Main credit cards are accepted in Konversbank
(working hours: 9:30 a.m.- 3:45 p.m.).
The Sessions will take place in the Conference Hall of the Bogolyubov
Laboratory of Theoretical Physics at 9:30 a.m.
The pass to the Institute territory is according to the list, so
please
have your passports to show at the gate.
Registration: on August 1, at the Hotel
"Dubna" from 6:00 p.m. till
10:00 p.m. On August 2 and later, at the Bogolyubov Laboratory of
Theoretical Physics from 9:30 a.m.
Welcome Party: August 2, at the Laboratory Cafeteria at 7:00 p.m..
Conference dinner: August 4 at the restaurant
of the Hotel "Dubna" at
7:00 p.m..
Boat trip on the Volga river: August 6 from 10:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.
Excursions to Sergiev Posad or Moscow
are also possible for additional
modest payment.
